Packed my “go bag” today. Also got the saddlebags done with a “trial packing” and actually wrote down what will be in each one. I will tape a packing list to the inside cover of each one – that way if I need something I will know exactly where it is! Next step is to adhere the front facing Go-Pro camera mount. Checked the bike alarm and the vibrating pocket alarm remote – supposed to work within a 1/2 mile range! That way if someone moves the bike at all my pocket will alert me 🙂 Great for nights when I’m in the motel room.
As I mentioned prior to this – I have the G10 camera mounted on the handlebars on a quick-mount for easy and quick access plus the GPS is mounted on the fairing. I also installed a couple of windshield mounted pouches to hold my clear nighttime glasses so it is easy to change glasses without having to get off the interstate. The attached photo shows my fairing from rider position.
