I woke up with a crazy headache so we were 45 minutes late leaving Saskatoon. It was beautiful and sunny but COOL. Not much to look at as for scenery. Flat land, no leaves on trees, etc. We did stop for a couple of photos (just for posterity) when we crossed into Manitoba. So my goal is complete!
We arrived in Winnipeg around 7 pm and easily found our motel – a nice place for a decent amount. However, I look forward to crossing the border tomorrow to get back to cheap accommodations!.
On the wildlife front we saw 2 coyotes today, a bunch of hawks and many ducks and geese.
