Experienced wedding photographer for those on a limited budget.
I wouldn’t blame you if you were a little skeptical of a wedding photographer who says this. And I guess it really depends on what the words “limited budget” mean to you.
What I can tell you is: 1. for about 20 years most of my photography income came from weddings 2. my style of wedding photography is more classic than avant garde, more portrait than photo-journalistic 3. I love working with romantic couples 4. if your wedding is a small affair then we should talk 5. if you are looking for a photographer to spend all day with you – then I’m not him 6. I offer print and digital packages 7. I only book a maximum of 5 weddings per year.
I used to photograph 2-3 weddings per week during May to October but eventually I burnt out. In the past few years I have limited the number of weddings I photograph. By doing this I can thoroughly enjoy those I do. But unlike most wedding photographers I also limit the number of hours per wedding.
I offer a short day coverage (3 hours) which includes the bride’s home, the ceremony and one location. It will include approximately 200, full size,colour-corrected digital files (with complete printing and usage release) and 50- 4″x6″ prints of my choice. Mileage will be by quote.
With my experience and skills you can be assured of receiving great wedding photography of the images that matter to most couples. You could then have a friend with a camera or new photographer spend the rest of the day with you to capture the more candid images.
