Just a short post today as I spent enough time on the computer writing and scheduling my E-newsletter for May. But I did get a chance to check out the Tail of the Dragon website and make sure there re no road closures I should be aware of. For those of you who may not be familiar “the Dragon” is one of the most popular motorcycle roads in the USA. It has 318 curves in 11 miles! Not for the faint of heart and not really meant for speed – although many do try but there have been a few deaths over the years. It is located in the very southwest corner of NC at the Tennessee border. So here is a photo of the Smokey Mountains taken very near The Dragon.
